For over thirty years, Dr. Betty F. Nugent has served as a teacher, professor, PBL coordinator, curriculum designer, and consultant across K–12 and higher education. Throughout her journey, she saw a consistent need:
Educators wanted clarity, students needed confidence, and school communities needed support that went beyond one-size-fits-all trainings.
From this vision, Above and Beyond Educational Encounters was born — a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering learners at every level with research-based strategies, hands-on tools, and faith-infused encouragement.
Today, ABEE partners with schools, districts, families, and community organizations to bring innovation, excellence, and heart into classrooms across the U.S. and abroad.
